Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make a booking?
Reach out via the contact form, Instagram, LINE, or WhatsApp. I recommend enquiring 3–6 months in advance; peak seasons fill up even earlier.
Is a trial session included?
Yes — all bridal packages include one trial lasting approximately 2–3 hours, ideally 1–2 months before the wedding.
Where is your studio? Do you travel?
My studio is in Taipei. I serve all of Taiwan (travel fees may apply) and happily accept overseas weddings.
How is the booking confirmed? Is a deposit required?
A deposit is required to secure the date. The amount varies by service and will be discussed during our consultation.
How long does wedding-day service take?
Typically 2–4 hours depending on the number of look changes. Please let me know in advance if bridesmaids are also needed.
Can I request a specific makeup style?
Absolutely! Before the trial we'll have a detailed consultation to discuss your preferred style, reference images, and outfit — ensuring the look matches your vision perfectly.
